We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Stacked Bridal offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all of our engagement rings and stackable bands. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect.
All Stacked Bridal pieces also include a lifetime “Care Plan” through the company Jewlers Mutual. This plan features a number of services to keep your jewelry looking like new including:
- Complimentary ring resizing
- Loss of side stones due to a defective setting
- Replacing cracked or chipped side stones
- Rhodium plating
- Refinishing and polishing
The Care Plan is governed by Jeweler's Mutual and is subject to policy terms and conditions.
The Care Plan is not jewelry insurance and will not cover if your center diamond is lost or if your ring is lost or stolen. Stacked Bridal highly recommends third party insurance for your pieces and provides an appraisal for all purchased pieces.
